South African football player, Nisser Wightman, playing for Edgemead FC in Cape Town is in The Netherlands for a TIFA Testing Program. Nisser will conduct a rigorous testing program to understand his current football level in comparison to top Dutch players.
The football testing program exists out of various technical football tests to give Nisser a considerable understanding of Dutch football and its philosophy which is amongst the best in the world.
The goal of this program is to evaluate the improvement and current level of Nisser to decide whether he needs a development program or whether the level is sufficient to go on immediate try-outs at a European club.
Although Nisser did not play for over a month in South Africa with his club, the only 13-year-old youngster showed heart as he did his best to perform well during all tests. A scouting report of strengths and weaknesses and follow-up programs for improvements will follow for the youngster to assist him as best as possible in his future endeavors.
We are very proud of being a key force in Nisser’s development in the last days. TIFA reminds Nisser of the fact that until his return to The Netherlands, he will not stop when he is tired but when the training is done. We wish him all the best and hope to see him back in The Netherlands soon.
